1 cup pure coconut water
1 cup filtered water
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 medium sized lemon or 2 small limes. Or mix them! 1 small lemon + 1 small lime.
⅛ teaspoon pink sea salt
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate before a workout.
