Protein (Chicken, Turkey, Chicken Sausage, Grass Fed Beef
Fruit
Purple Potato Chips
Roasted Beets
Spinach
Sometimes breakfasts can be a mash up of all your pre-prepped ingredients! I love making a variety of ingredients up front, storing them separately in the fridge, and then building a bowl with whatever sounds good!
