• 1 large Cup of shredded Zucchini

  • 3 Tbl Gluten Free Oats

  • or

  • 1/4 Cup Cauliflower Rice for the grain-free option

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes 

  • 1 cup nut milk (I use Mac Nut or Cashew)

  • 1/2 cup water (if needed, sometimes this mixture gets too thick)

  • 1 tsp Coconut Butter

  • 1 scoop Collagen

  • 1 Tbl Almond Flour

  • A few dashes if Cinnamon or Nutmeg to taste



Option 1:


If you are using Cauli Rice, add this first with your milk and let it simmer until the cauli starts to get pretty soft.


Next add in all of your other ingredients and let simmer until it's thick and cooked through. 


Option 2:


If you are using GF Oats, you can go ahead and mix everyhing in together at once. Bring to a low simmer and let it get as thick and cooked through as needed. 


I love adding all kinds of toppings including blueberries, almond butter, hemp seeds or grain-free granola!
