Raw Brownie Bites

Serving Size: Makes about 10-15 Balls




  • 1 1/2 Cup Raw Walnuts

  • 1 Cup Pitted Dates

  • 1/4 Cup Cacao Powder

  • 1 Tbl Water

  • 1/4 tsp Pink Sea Salt

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Drop Peppermint Essential Oil




In a food processor blend the walnuts until they are finely ground into a soft powder. Add in all the other ingredients and pulse into it become a dough like consistency. Form into little balls and store in the fridge or freezer. If keeping in the freezer just take them out like 5 min before devouring.



These balls have been loosely named "Mom & Me Balls" because I make these A LOT for events, parties and workshops. While they are incredibly easy to make, they do take some time to roll them into little balls - especially if you are making a ton of them! Lucky for me, my mama lives about 5 Minutes away and also happens to be my bestie :) Whenever I need to make balls, I call her to come help me! Often times there is a reward of extras she can take home, plus a good organic glass of wine as a "Thank You." These types of treats and recipes are always better when shared with your favorite people!
